A Landing Page is a page that has a single objective: Convert! And when we talk about conversion in this case, it means that the person visiting the Landing Page performed the only action that was proposed, be it: registering data, clicking on a purchase link, reaching a thank you or checkout page.

Using the information that the customer provides us (in the first contact) we will create a visual model (prototype) of the website to be approved. This process takes up to 2 business days.

After the proposed model is approved, we will begin programming the website online, with a deadline of:

• Landing Page or Corporate website: 7 days;
• Ecommerce: 15 days.

We will present you with a layout model for your approval and if it is not to your liking initially, we will make any changes you wish. But if you are still dissatisfied with the model/prototype presented and want your money back, we will refundyou without any discount.

When we present you the layout model as a prototype (within 2 working days) you can request modifications or a different layout, as it is a proposal. Only after the layout model has been approved will we program the website online. 

After creating the website, the client can still request changes to texts and images within 30 days.

Note: After the Prototype is approved, changes will only be limited to texts and images (up to 30 days after contracting). It will not be possible to rework the website structure without a new service quote.

In order to ensure the proper functioning of the website, only we at Websites Factory will be able to make changes to the Landing Page or Institutional Sites.

In the case of the virtual store, the management of products, orders, payment and inventory can be done by the customer.

If you want to modify the website, regarding the design and the 30-day period has already passed, you can get a quote from us.

If you still, in your interest, freely modify the entire website on your own, we will not be able to maintain the guarantee of operation, system updates, backups. Because of this, it will be necessary to move the website to hosting paid for by you.

Both hosting and domain are free for 1 year included when hiring the creation service. After this period, you can renew, if you wish, the hosting and domain for the amount of R$ 149.99/year for Landing Page and Institutional Website. And for Virtual Stores, the renewal price will be R$ 499.99/year
